Bulk pricing is for the cases only and does not include the pre-perforated and scored custom-coated paper forms which are a part of our regular kits. The paper is available in bulk as well. Write for details.

A Few Other Notes
Most of our customers who order larger quantities use our templates to produce the art and then have a print-shop produce the tray-liners and inserts. We can provide comprehensive files for die-cutting and bulk pricing on our custom preperforated paper forms as well
